These Terms of Service apply when you visit acong.shop or purchase products from ACONG. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Store information and eligibility

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order. You are responsible for keeping your account and checkout information secure. You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, specifications and availability accurately. Screen settings and production variations may affect how colors appear. Products may be changed, corrected, limited or discontinued when necessary. Please review product compatibility, dimensions, load limits and instructions before ordering and use each product only for its intended purpose.

Prices and payment

Prices and available currencies are shown on the site and at checkout. Taxes, duties or other charges are shown at checkout when Shopify or the applicable service can calculate them; additional import charges imposed by a destination authority may remain the customer's responsibility. Payment is processed through Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and the order is confirmed.

Orders

We may decline or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, order information appears incorrect or fraudulent, or a material pricing or listing error has occurred. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and can be affected by carriers, customs, weather, address issues and other events outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged items and cancellations are governed by our 60-Day Return and Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The site's text, graphics, logos, layouts and other content are owned by or licensed to ACONG and may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except where applicable law allows.
